Re-submit “Onboarding Form” in the ODK App Urgently-FMARD: The Agricultural for Food and Jobs Plan (AFJP) is a joint project of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (FMARD) and the Project for Agricultural Coordination and Planning (PACE) Secretariat, which aims to increase locally grown food supply, create employment opportunities in the agriculture sector and export surplus using existing agreements has warned all applicants to resubmit their “Onboarding Form” in the ODK App Urgently
Kindly submit or resubmit your Onboarding Form” in the ODK App Urgently
Ensure that:
- Your BVN is correct
- The current location is provided
- Your name and Surname are correct
- Be sure you follow all the settings instructions given
You will be activated within 24hrs.
There have been issues with the ODK collection app lately, and applicants could not submit their survey after capturing farms/farmers
Fmard/Space is aware and has resolved it, applicants must resubmit their BVN is correct and their Current Location

By now you should have received your engagement letter directing you to the next steps.
If you are yet to upload your Passport Photo and Identification don’t worry, you can still do so on the ODK App, during your onboarding survey.
Complete your onboarding process on the device you will be using for the final capture by following the steps below:

Start enumerating farmers using the National Agricultural Assets Survey Form.
This is the survey that will be paid for
FMARD/SPACE Issues New Warnings
- Complete the previous steps only on the device you intend to use for the survey.
- We will be tracking your device from this stage, and you cannot easily change the device during the activity.
- Don’t share any information addressed to you or complete these steps until you are advised.
- If we find you submit any forms in this environment when we have not invited you, we may blacklist you.
- Ensure you provide the correct information as it will affect your deployment and payment going forward.
- Ensure you review your surveys before submitting any of the surveys in this environment.
Capture Farmers/Farms Using Simple steps here
On the Downloaded ODK Collect App
- Select Fill Blank form from Main Menu
- Complete the On-boarding Form (once)
- Insert your user name
- Your password is already there
- If it fails to open, refresh twice
- You can migrate by clicking “learn more and migrate”
- Remember, your device must be on satellite mood
- After the survey, save and exit
- Go to send Finalized items and allow it to run the background
- Submit
- Continue to capture as many as you can
If the “Get a blank form “refused to open, contact the FMARD or use your mail to contact your supervisor. There are so many technical issues with the app
