FMARD AFJP Farmers & Enumerators Payment Update | Latest News
FMARD begins disbursing FG N15Billion funds to Enumerators, enumerators are currently being paid, and farmers will be paid much later within the month of September, all payments will not exceed October as plans have been made to pay all outstanding debt
Enumerators and farmers are to expect their 1st-9th payment in tranches, the 9 tranches are the total 50% of all payment
Meaning more payment will be made for the remaining 50% left, this will happen as enumerators’ data are processed and compiled, no need to panic, all your valid surveys will be paid
If you have not been paid as an enumerator, here is what to do
Only valid surveys will be paid, enumerators should check their ODK app and confirm your total amount of valid surveys, if the 50% paid is not tantamount to the number of surveys (250 per survey) please lodge a complaint via FMARD AFJP contact here
Unpaid enumerators who participated in the dry and wet seasons of farming are to exercise some patience as payment will span through the month of August 2022
We advised all enumerators to Confirm the Number of their Unpaid Valid Surveys (If not sure) Through Fmard Contact Lines before filling out the Form.

“This made CBN decide to change the risk-sharing formulae to be (50:50) and unity bank refused to agree, so about N15billion+ is at unity bank waiting for the agreement between the two parties, therefore for both the zero interest agricultural input loan and the fertilizer subsidy grant have no time to be disbursed until an agreement is arrived at and all the petition in EFCC are proved negative”
