Npower States Reps November Deadline: 7 Facts Stirring At Volunteers

See We are Seriously Preparing Your Exit Package with Presidency-Fayemi

Npower States Reps November Deadline: 7 Facts Stirring At Volunteers: The 36 States Npower Representatives recently disclosed the positions of things and the progress made so far

However, the 36 States Npower Representatives have submitted letters to both the Senate and House of Representatives, but no feed back yet

If things persist, and the “statues” remain unchanged, volunteers will be forced to embark on an official protests at the end of November or the Beginning of December

The 36 States Npower Representatives, have been working tireless at the forefront to see the absorption of all volunteers into Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs)as promised by Umar Sadiya Farouq, the the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development

Both the the 36 States Npower Representatives and all the exited Npower volunteers have been kept in the dark “Inadequate dissemination of communication”, which has led to rumor and suspicion between the both parties

The Journey of Transiting volunteers into MDAs may not be a smooth one, it requires cooporation from all sides of volunteers and the government, and hence, the need for cooporation is important

There have been constant break down of information between the both parties lately. Volunteers are not dully informed and carried along with the flow of events, as the activities of the the 36 States Npower Representatives are not known to all exited volunteers

It was at this moment; the 36 States Npower Representatives took a new leaf and summoned a Facebook Live Chat to address the concerns of all exited volunteers

This Address calmed the nave and suspicion of all the exited volunteers and call for more understanding and cooperation between the both parties

Ready to Take Part Protest

Many volunteers are not ready to participate in any protest or action announced by the 36 States Npower Representatives, they only make noise at the comfort of their “mobile Phone and Homes”.

This attitude must stop; all volunteers must cooperate and be willing to defend the cause of Transition into Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) in a legitimate way

Proper Dessimination of Information

It is very important for all volunteers of the Npower programme to cooperate with the 36 States Npower Representatives in the Dissemination of correct Information

This will help curb fake news and saboteur who are hell bent in making sure volunteers remain in the dark and have no knowledge of what is happening in regards to the activities of 36 States Npower Representatives

The 36 States Npower Representatives have turned a new leaf in the dissemination and flow of information to all exited volunteers via Facebook and Twitter pages

The Need to Encourage All the 36 States Npower Representatives

Majority of volunteers who watched the 36 States Npower Representatives Facebook live chat were shocked, Comrade Babatunde the spoke person for the group, made mentioning of them, using “their own money”  to sponsor meetings and events- a move not palatable for the effective and efficient running of the elected 36 States Npower Representatives

No group(s) can work effectively and efficiently if there are no funds to work with- A volunteer from Enugu said (Extract from comment of the live chat)

No one is saying fund should be contributed for them, but we should show compassion and love for them, another volunteer added

The Need to Trust the 36 States Npower Representatives

While is it very difficult to trust our friends in the “journey of life”, trusting the 36 States Npower Representatives may only be the weapon needed to achieve the goal of being transited into MDAs

Some ill-informed volunteers took to social media, instigating the 36 States Npower Representatives of bribery and collaboration with higher authorities

Such accusation arises when there is no trust for the group representing volunteers, volunteers should learn to trust their own representing them at all time

Cooporation by Participating and Following the Group’s Social Media Forum

It is imperative; all exited volunteers of the Npower programme religiously follow the 36 States Npower Representatives in all the social media handle

This will not only fostal information dissemination but create a bond of unity and oneness in achieving the goal of Transiting volunteers into Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs)

Respecting one Another

Cooperation can only be achieved if there was respect among their both
