No Plans to Protest/We wait For FG- Npower State Representatives: Npower states Executive has denounce plans hitting the street for protest, their official page on twitter reveals. Rather all exited volunteers should wait for Federal Government absorption plans (transition), which will not be far, the statement adds

The States Representatives had been planning to hold another meeting at a designated date and venue, regarding the permanency of exited volunteers into Ministries, Departments and Agencies as promised by Umar Sadiya

Volunteers had hoped to hear news of Permanency from the presidency during the nation’s 60th Independence Day Speech.

Being promised Absorption into Ministries, Departments and Agencies, the states representatives are giving no chance to failure

“Despite this, the exited beneficiaries are advised to exercise more patience and await the result of the efforts being made by the Honorable Minister who is currently engaging various MDAs including the CBN and the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to ensure that the eligible exited beneficiaries are transited to government progammes or even employment where available.

we have directed Focal Persons of NSIPs in all the states to submit an updated list and details of the exited N-Power beneficiaries that are interested in participating in the transition plans of the ministry” the Honourable Minister stated” words of Sadiya Umar

States Representatives last press release in Illorin, the kwara state capital; emphatically   stressed the need to wait for the president’s October message before venturing into plan B

“We implore the Federal Government to quickly implement the transition program for the exited N-Power Volunteers latest by 1st October, 2020 to reduce the suffering already meted on us.

Therefore, we enjoin volunteers across the country to remain calm, focus and steadfast as we await the next line of action after October 1st speech of President Muhammadu Buhari. By then, we would have known the plan the government has for us”- Npower Reps Press Release
