21st September 2021
English Language, Civic Education, French, Biology, Home Economics, Basic Technology, Ibibio

Fine & Creative Arts, Financial Accounting, Physics, and Further Mathematics, Agricultural Science, Economics, Chemistry
They are to come with original /photocopies of the following documents in duplicate:
GCE/SSC
Original copies of all other relevant educational qualifications
NYSC discharge/Exemption Certificate
Change of name (if any)
2 file jackets
2 Passport Photographs
Birth Certificate/ Affidavit of sworn age declaration
Certificate of Origin
First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC)
