How to Convert Dollar to Naira via FirstMobile App
Follow the below steps to convert your dollar to naira;
Step One
With a good internet connection, download and log in to your FirstMobile App using the Google Play Store.
Your first bank mobile app is successfully installed on your phone, click open, and the first mobile app launches.
For new users, please click on new user register you will be asked to provide your atm card number which is boldly imprinted at the front of your atm card, and also your atm pin. Provide the details accordingly and correctly. Click next.
Also for existing First Bank Mobile app users who switched over to a new phone and have downloaded the app, please click on Activate this Device and then enter your ATM card number written on the front of your ATM card and also your ATM PIN. Click next
Step Two
Click on the transfer tab
Step 3
Select “FX Sales” from the option, if your app does not have this option, quickly update it
Step 4.
Enter Transfer Details as follows:
a. Choose your dollar account as the sender
b. Select your linked Naira account as the receiver.
c. Input the amount you wish to change to Naira for example, insert 100 or 200 depending on the amount you want to convert to Naira.
d. Click Continue
e. Accept terms and condition
f. Enter your App PIN and click “Sale FX”
