Duties & Responsibilities:
*Candidate will be expected to maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
*He/She will be required to report on buying trends, the needs of customers, profits made etc
*Candidate will propose innovative ideas to increase market share
*He/She will be required to conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
*Candidate will be expected to meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
*He/She should ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service
*Candidate will be expected to complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
*He/She will be expected to deal with all any other issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
*He/She should be of good behavior and high performance
*Candidate will carry out other duties when required by the institute

- Applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree
- Must have proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager (Minimum 4 years)
- Applicant must possess leading skills and business orientation
- Must possess customer management skills
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Applicant must possess a good communication and interpersonal skills
