The organization now offers a Job vacancy for a Procurement Officer will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality.

Job Title: Procurement Officer.

Job Location: Nigeria.

Duties & Responsibilities:

*Candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.

*He/She will be expected to review, compare, analyze and approve all products and services to be purchased.

*Candidate will be responsible for managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.

*Shall be responsible for preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.

*He/She shall follow and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.

*He/She will maintain good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.

*Shall be incharge of researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.

*Shall Prepare all budgets, cost analyses, and reports.

  • Applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree
  • Applicant should have a working experience of 1 – 3 years.
  • Applicant must possess a strong communication and negotiation skills.
