Banyan Global is in need of a Finance and Administration Assistant who will report to the State Human Resources for Health Coordinator, it is based in Bauchi State. This article will give information you need.

Finance and Administration (F&A) Assistant.
Job Station:
Nigeria.
Duties of the Finance and Administration Assistant
- He shall implement all internal control measures for the award at the state level.
- He shall support all operations which includes human resources, subcontracts or sub-awards, accounting/finance, logistics, and procurement.
- He shall support a USAID compliant Financial Management and Reporting system at the state level
- He shall also ensure that project staff, use and follow all the system, especially at the state level.
- He shall manage the petty cash
- He shall plan financial and budget reports.
- He shall also provide support in developing procedures and guidelines for all activities at the state level
- He shall be responsible for initiating all payment in QuickBooks accounting software system.
- He shall help in the preparation and submission of monthly invoices and other financial issues.
- He shall provide the documents required for USAID-required audits.
Qualifications

- Applicant must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant fields. Master’s preferred.
- Applicant must be familiar with QuickBooks accounting software.
- Applicant must be able to develop and manage large budgets
- Applicant must have the knowledge of USG Cost Accounting Standards.
- Applicant must be excellent in oral and written communications skill in English
