I wish the honourable minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development ( Hajiya Unar Sadiya Farouq) safe childbirth delivery as she made a journey to U.S.A. as regards that. However, Federal Government of Nigeria is urged to appoint an acting minister of the ministry or delegate the official tasks of the honourable minister to the permanent sectary and director(s) of the ministry within the time of the delivery and maternity leave of the honourable minister.
Going in accordance with this opinion is aimed at:
(1) Bridging or closing the gap between the ministry and he Presidency ,Federal Executive Council and the two chambers of the legislature, as the case may be.
(2) Avoiding any administrative shortfall or mishap that the natural absence of the honourable minister may cause to the Nexit package of the exited batches A and B volunteers of the Npower programme so that their lamentations at and clamour for the fulfilment of the promise of the Federal Government of Nigeria to them do not extend to the year 2022, as strongly promised by the honourable minister before her departure or journey to U.S.A.
