The Presidential Youth Empowerment Scheme (PYES) aims to create at least 774,000 empowerment opportunities through direct youth empowerment over a minimum period of two years

Successful trainees will be equipped with Seed Empowerment Tools (SETs) such as rice mills, branded mobile kiosks, poultry accessories, mobile restaurants, farm implements, tents, and even photography units.

Over 500,000 youths in Nigeria have been beneficiaries of the initiative. With the latest recruitment process still underway, the beneficiaries of the PYES initiative are estimated at over 1,000,000 from skills relating to Technical Acquisition. Agriculture. Fashion. ICT and Mobile Money. Fashion

One of the enlistment requirements is a compulsory guarantors’ form that must be printed from the PYES website and must be completed if an applicant was to get the job

The PYES Guarantors’ Form is a confidential form, which must be completed by a religious or a community leader. Anything short of that, an applicant may not be shortlisted in the final list

How to Print and Complete Guarantors’ Form

Quickly visit the PYES application portal and register, if you are still finding it difficult to submit your PYES application due to submission Button, Surname, and Password Issues, click here to resolve it

After you must have submitted your application, an option to print or download your PYES Guarantors’ Form will pop up with your name branded on it  

Print or download your PYES Guarantors’ Form

Call your Imam, Alfas, Sheik, Pastor, Bishop, Ekist, or any religious or community leader to fill it for you

Collect the Completed Guarantors’ Form and keep it safe, till the day of physical verification

You may also be asked to upload the Guarantors’ Form in your application portal, we can verify that at the moment, but when occasion demand it, return to your portal and upload it as demanded

Enlistment Requirements

One must be a Nigerian Male or Female between the ages of 18 and 40 years.

One must provide a means of identification (I.e., National Identity Card, International Passport, and Permanent Voters Card).

One must be able to communicate in the Basic English language and or any local Nigerian Language.

Be able to provide a Second Level Beneficiary (SLB) to qualify for benefits from the initiative.

One must possess a provable upright character and a stable mind alongside.

One must be able to secure the endorsement of a local government official.

Be able to provide a guarantor preferably a religious leader or a community leader.

One must possess the capacity to transfer knowledge and mentor other youths within and out of one’s community.

One must complete a guarantors’ form on our website
