5,000 RRR Grant: 2 Million Nigerians Will Start Receiving N20B-Sadiya No less than 2 Million Nigerians will start receiving N20B from the FG 5,000 Rapid Response Register (RRR) grant, the Humanitarian Minister, Umar Sadiya disclosed

As the month of June 2022 comes in, 2 million Nigerians will start receiving the FG Cash Grant of N5,000, this will further the cause of lifting the poor out of strict poverty, Sadiya claims

The end of the Second quarter of 2022, will see massive disbursement of FG Conditional Cash transfer, where 2 Million Nigerians will be receiving N20Billion

2 million Nigerians will get N5,000 Each, which when added will be tantamount to N20 Billion, she added

The FG conditional cash transfers will be a game-changer in reshaping the poorest of the poor come June 2022

‘Two million people will start receiving about N20bn from June this year as basic cash transfers and conditional cash transfers under the National Cash Transfer Program”

“150,000 will be paid by the end of April 2022. Each of these beneficiaries is receiving six months of support in cash.”

“Under the National Social Register, the ministry stated that 46 million persons in the 36 states and FCT, in 11 million households, had been registered as of 2022”

On the Npower Program, over 490,000 persons from batch A and B were given temporary Jobs, while Batch C1 of over 450,000 are currently being engaged. Over 390,000 have been bombarded in Batch C2

“N-Power volunteer scheme provided temporary job opportunities for 498,602 graduates under Batches A and B, while 450,000 graduates under Batch C Stream 1 were also engaged

“390,000 others were being onboarded for Batch C Stream 2, and that there was presidential approval to enroll additional one million beneficiaries”
