Npower Batch A&B Disengaged: Sadiya to Make Transition Statement: Batch A and B of the N-power programme who have spent 24 months and 40 months respectively are now fully retired and disengaged

In no distant time, Sadiya Umar Farouq will clear the air on her transition plans

In a virtual meeting of the Federal Executive Council, organized by the Federal Government, she promised to deliver a successful transition as collaboration with the private sector is ongoing

Sadiya “My team and I continue to interface with stakeholders to ensure a successful transition for the Npower”

Her shared message with Batch A and Batch B Beneficiaries.

“The transitioning and exit of Batch A and B is not a punitive action. It is a proactive intervention to help up skill your brothers and sisters and assist them further along on their journey through life.

She thanks the beneficiaries and states that they have been worthy ambassadors of the N-Power programme in their respective Places of Primary Assignments – Primary Healthcare centres, Previously unmanned classrooms”

Batch A of the npower programme will receive their last stipends from the government in the month of August. Batch A & B are now fully retired

Both batches would proceed into psychometric assessment examination to test their eloquence and competence into various opportunities

We have commenced the transitioning of beneficiaries from Batches A and B into government entrepreneurship schemes and engaging private sector bodies to absorb some of the beneficiaries after the completion of psychometric assessment to determine competency and placement into various opportunities-Sadiya Umar Farouq

By transition assessment, the minister meant, a test to see the eloquence, fitness, and intelligence of volunteers into various platforms the government will make available very soon The Minister has called for calm among existing beneficiaries as all will be transitioned for the good of the nation
