If you are yet to get your PVC, if you misplaced or damaged your PVC, or had any problem during accreditation for any past election with either their Permanent Voters’ Cards (PVCs), you can do it online with the same link here
If your fingerprints are not being read by the Smart Card Reader (SCR) or you want to transfer your voting location from one place to another, it can be done online
If you want to correct issues with data, such as misspelled names or dates of birth. Registered voters can also carry out all other activities such as transfers, correction of personal details, and replacement of damaged or defaced Permanent Voters’ Cards (PVCs) online.
The current Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) exercise will last for a limited period, applicants are to use the online medium to apply and decongest the offline application done in INEC offices nationwide.
The official INEC Online registration website portal is www.cvr.inecnigeria.org.
You will have to go to your registration centers after this process for biometric data collection and PVC verification.
You can pre-register for your PVC online ahead of the 2023 General Elections.
To become a registered voter, you will need to complete the PVC registration online and get your Permanent Voters Card.

Things to Note About INEC PVC
Only a registered voter who has their permanent voters card and has completed the biometric capture can vote in both the Gubernatorial and Presidential elections come 2023.
All Permanent Voters’ Cards (PVCs) issued by INEC do not expire.
Only INEC can issue PVCs for the 2023 General Election.
The INEC Continues Voter Registration (CVR) will close on 30th June 2022
