Lagos Neighbourhood Safety Corps 2024: Download List of Shortlisted Applicants: Are you an applicant of the Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Corps (LNSC)? Have you completed your registration and screening? Have you printed your Gaurator form? Did you sit for the CBT aptitude test held in October? If all your responses are yes, then the next stage of the recruitment awaits you

Applicants who qualified for the next and final stage of the recruitment will be sent EMail to appear for a CBT exam, which will be held 7th of December as seen in the picture above

The Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Corps has concluded screening exercises, applicants will be expected to start downloading and checking the list of successful applicants for the next face of the recruitment

Note that:

The next stage of the recruitment process is a CBT Examination which will be held in Batches,
Only Candidates who participated in the initial screening exercises and were adjudged qualified will write the CBT Exams,
The Candidates who qualify as such will be contacted directly either by SMS or their E-mail and not through any proxy,
Only Candidates who received either an E-mail or SMS invitation for a particular date and time will be expected and attended to at the Exam center on that day

Consequent upon the above, we implore members of the public and in particular, those who participated in the initial exercises not to come to the venue on a date they are not scheduled to write the CBT as we will consider their presence a deliberate attempt to sabotage the sanctity of the process.

Applicants are to get prepared for the Computer Based Test to be eligible for shortlisting in the final list

The Final list containing successful applicants is currently undergoing vetting, all the local governments in Lagos state will be duly represented. Applicants who have passed the screening stage will be communicated via the Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Corps Social media handles

Screened applicants are advised to keep checking their emails days and nights, email will be sent to all successful applicants when the list is released. Applicants are to know the requirements of the security outfit, its purpose, and the qualification needed for the documentation

Warnings-

LNSC has started sending emails to applicants in the next stage of the recruitment, applicants are to observe their email constantly for mail. you will be sent an email if you are shortlisted

Applicants are to be extra careful and vigilant about the emails they get, not share sensitive information like Bank Details at this stage of the recruitment, and only respond to authentic emails sent by LNSC

The Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Corps is a new security structure put in place by the Lagos State government to checkmate crime in the state

This security organization is saddled with the responsibility of policing the state and ensuring that the people of Lagos state are safe and secured 

“They operate in the 20 Local Government Areas (LGA) and 56 Local Council Development Areas (LCDA) across Lagos State. Presently, it has created about 7000 jobs since its establishment in Lagos State”

General Requirements at Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Corps (LNSC)

Applicants must;

Be certified by a Government Medical Officer to be physically and mentally fit for appointment in the Service

Not suffering from any form of mental or physical disability

Be free from any form of financial embarrassment

Be a Nigerian citizen by birth or descent

Not less than 18 years or more than 35 years of age

Not less than 1.7 meters in height for males and 1.64 meters for female

Have a fully expanded chest measurement for not less than 0.87 meters

Applicants with any of the following cases need not apply:

Fracture, stammering, or any other natural disability

Pregnant woman

Sight problem

Hearing difficulties

Previous major orthopedic operation

Flat foot

Be of good character and must not have been found guilty of any criminal offense.

Lagos Neighborhood Safety Corps Recruitment 2022 Academic Qualifications

National Diploma (ND) obtained from a recognized institution;

National Certificate of Education (NCE) from a recognized institution; or

General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) in two (2) subjects obtained at one sitting or three (3) subjects obtained at two sittings.   

West African School Certificate (WAEC) or Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSC) with Credit in not less than three (3) subjects including English and at least passes in two (2) other subjects; or

National Examination Council (NECO)/General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level with passes in four (4) subjects obtained at one sitting or five (5) subjects obtained at two sittings including the English Language.
