Job Vacancy at Reputable Real Estate Firm – Willers Solutions Limited: The institute require the services of a Sales & Marketing Manager (Real Estate) who will be in charge of the sales and marketing of the company and also be in charge of the day-to-day transactions.
He shall see that all process to ensure sales targets are met effectively in line with the marketing strategy.

Duties And Responsibilities:-
- He/She will create and implements every necessary strategic for marketing and sales plans
- He/She shall forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- He/She will create and manages the sales/marketing operating budgets.
- He/She will be responsible for achieving aggressive weekly targets.
- He/She shall manage the daily growth and development of all assigned campaigns.
- He/She will be expected to plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities in the institute.
- He/She will be responsible for the formulating, organizing and developing of marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.
- He/she shall be in charge of the social media profiles to update and manage it Update knowledge sales related legal documentation and property management.
- He/she will be expected to influence, communicate and inspires team members to achieve departmental objectives.
- He/She shall monitor all specific tasks assigned and project deliverables.

- Applicant must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing or Sales or Business Administration or similar field.
- Applicant must have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience within Real Estate / Property Development industry, with at least 2 years at managerial level.
- Must have an experience in strategy development within Marketing & Sales for Properties & Real Estate Developments.
- Applicant must be good in spoken English.
