How To Apply For Tertiary Institutions Entrepreneurship Scheme-TIES (N5M-N25M)

Nigeria’s Apex Bank (CBN) has introduced the Tertiary Institutions Entrepreneurship Scheme all so known as TIES, the scheme is meant to provide massive jobs to many Nigerians in all ramifications of life

Tertiary Institutions Entrepreneurship Scheme (TIES) seeks to bring the spirit of entrepreneurship and empower the vast majority of graduates from both Polytechnics and Universities in Nigeria

Thus bringing entrepreneurial skills for Economic Development, Entrepreneurship development, and Job and wealth creation.

Successful graduates will be given between N5M to N25M with a 5% interest fee to be paid Moratorium: Maximum of 12 months

Eligible For Tertiary Institutions Entrepreneurship Scheme-TIES

Applicants must have businesses or start-ups relating to:

Agribusiness

production, processing, storage, and logistics;

Information technology

application/software development, business process outsourcing, robotics, data management

Creative industry

entertainment, artwork, publishing, culinary/event management, fashion, photography, beauty/cosmetics;

Science and technology

Medical innovation, robotics, ticketing

Requirements For Tertiary Institutions Entrepreneurship Scheme-TIES (N5M-N25M)

The activities to be covered under the Scheme shall include innovative start-ups and budding

businesses owned by graduates of Nigerian polytechnics and universities

Certificate issued by polytechnics and universities evidencing entrepreneurship training;

Duly signed Global Standing Instruction (GSI);

Bank Verification Number (BVN);

Verified first-degree certificate (BSc/HND or its equivalent);

Verified National Youth Service Certificate (NYSC) discharge or exemption certificate;
