How to Apply for FG Jaga Loan for Farmers | Up to N100,000 Each: FG has commenced registration of farmers and traders for massive loan disbursement under the Government Enterprise and Empowerment Program (GEEP)
The Jaga Loan is similar to Farmermonie, where poor farmers will be given up to N100,000 to plant and grow crops or rear animals for food security in the country
The Jaga Fund is a capital fund for traders and Farmers’ Money, which is called the Hugo Fund. It is meant to provide money for farmers for the next farming season across the country, the jaga funds are aimed at increasing food production in the country
If you are a farmer, and you need money to grow your crops or support your farming business, this loan got you covered, the good thing about this loan is that no one will police you to collect it, it is a free-interest loan for the poor
The Farmer’s Money will be provided for the poorest of the farmers to enable them to go into the next farming season.
Requirements for Jaga Loan
According to the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Dr Betta Edu;
The program is for farmers and traders
You must be a Nigeria in any of the 36 states and FCT
This program is not the one you give contract to people to build houses
If you belong to any farming associations, you are covered.
