The TheFederal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation wishes to announce to the general public particularly to the unemployed youths, that the portal for the Renewed Hope Npower Skills Up Nigeria Program has started receiving application

The Renewed Hope Npower Skills Up Nigeria Program is a modified version of the Npower program, the program targets up to 5millio unemployed Nigerian Youths,

Interested and qualified applicants are to follow all application guidelines before applying; applicants are also mandated to fill legal part of the recruitment form, starting clearly to exit the program at the agreed date and time without protest or conditions

More so, the new management of the program promised to pay up to N60,000 to shortlisted beneficiaries for a year or two, without delay.

Renewed Hope Skills Up Nigeria Recruitment 2024

The program will be a game changer in Nigeria, it is projected to reduce unemployment among the youths aged 18 to 40, all regions, and states across Nigeria will be selected, and up to 5 million persons will be recruited; a 1 million per year

Beneficiaries will be trained in various vocational areas such as digital skills, financial literacy, agro-processing, communication, software development, health care farming, n build, health, teach, agro and more

After this training, beneficiaries will be required to start their own businesses in their localities and communities, contributing positively to the economy at large

Renewed Hope Skills Up Nigeria is divided into two categories

1. Graduates (N Power Volunteer Corps) – Npower volunteers will provide advisory solutions, instructional, and teachings in these key areas;

Agro

To qualify, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree, HND, or OND in Agricultural Sciences, Food Science and Technology, Nutrition, Agronomy, Crop Science, Agricultural Economics, Animal Science, and other agro-related disciplines.

Teach

This program is for all post-tertiary graduates from all disciplines inclusive of OND and NCE qualifications

Health

For holders of Bachelor’s degrees, HND, OND, in health sciences such as Microbiology, Medicine, Nursing, Botany, Public Health, Psychology, Midwifery, or other allied disciplines in the sciences.

Non-graduates – The program for non-graduates is further divided into;

Creative – For unemployed graduates or non-graduates

Renewed Hope Skills Up Nigeria Requirements 2024

Before you proceed with the registration, ensure the following documents are available and complete

Must possess a West African Senior School Certificate (WASSCE), National Examination Council (NECO), or its equivalent.

Must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps Programme (for graduates).

BSC, HND, NCE, OND, NABTEB, SCHEW, JCHEW certificates from a recognized institution.

Enthusiasm for learning and achieving results

Creative writing and analytical writing skills will be an advantage.

Applicants must be between 18 to 40 years old at the time of application.

Strong team spirit and excellent analytical skills

Basic illustration skills will be an advantage for animation and graphic arts.

Recent passport photograph

Applicants must be a Nigerian.

This program is for unemployed graduates and non-graduates.
