Hell is a place where everyone there is a believer.
The Moment you open your Eyes in Hell, no matter what you claim you were on Earth, you will instantly believe JESUS but it will be Late.
Hell is a Place where everyone cries for Repentance
The Moment you open your Eyes in Hell, you automatically begin to beg for a second chance and Mercy, but unfortunately, it is too late.
Everyone in Hell becomes a Preacher
The rich man who didn’t have JESUS opens his eyes in Hell. One of his Pleas was for Father Abraham to send Lazarus to go warn his brothers and Friends on Earth so they won’t come there.

Luke 16:23-28 (KJV)
“And in hell he lift his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.
But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receives thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.
And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, which would come from thence.
Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father’s house:
For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment”
But if despite the warnings of all these people that God had sent from the dead to testify of hell fire’s existence, you still end up in hellfire as the rich man because you wanted to see hellfire first before you believed in its existence, you wouldn’t have anyone else to blame but yourself, because the same testimony of hellfire you wasted, was that which the rich man in hell fire wished he had to prevent him from getting there
That request of the rich man in hellfire has been granted by God on several occasions, as He’s sent many people like Lazarus to testify of hell fire’s existence to those alive on Earth who’ve never been there before so that they wouldn’t have to also go there as the rich man just because they didn’t know that it existed.
