FMHDS “Turned-off” Comment on Twitter Account to Avoid Criticisms: As protests and criticisms to the actions of the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Umar Farouq becomes unbearable, the comment section of FMHDS Twitter account has been “turned-off”

Meaning, one can no longer make comment, suggestion, or advice. The Minister is the Manager of the Npower programme, who recently disengaged 500,000 volunteers without paying two months stipends  

You people will have to turn off comments on Facebook as you have done on Twitter. But Nigerian youths will always cry out- A disengaged volunteer added

Meanwhile, disengaged volunteers have flooded the official Facebook handle of the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development in continuation of their online protest

Volunteers are still pleading to the Government to reverse the disengagement and pay all owed stipends as the pandemic ravage the nation
