In a drive to lift millions of Nigerians out of Poverty and Unemployment before 2030, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), in pursuant to the CBN Act, 2007 is giving grants up to N150M in the Tertiary Institutions Entrepreneurship Scheme (TIES)

Many CBN-TIES applicants have not been able to get their BVN verified on the registration platform.
If the phone number which you registered your BVN is different from that with which you applied for the CBN-TIES is different, change it to the one you registered your BVN with
You will get verified but if you are no more in possession of the phone number you registered your BVN with, go swear an affidavit then proceed to a branch of the bank that captured your BVN to change it to the one you used to apply for CBN-TIES.

After 48 hours try verifying your BVN on the platform, It will be successful.
If you have registered, you can check your web-portal dashboard and see your registration status, it is has changed to APPROVED-congratulation, this is because your account will be funded by CBN
If you have registered and your status is still showing pending, all you have to do is to wait, you can also edit some of your information supplied during registration for easy approvals

Make sure your bank account is linked with BVN
Your bank account is upgraded to carry large sums
You are not working in any FG/States Institutions
Not collect any of the FG/CBN loans
Must be Undergraduate or Graduate
Must have a business on the ground to be funded

Tertiary Institutions Entrepreneurship Scheme (TIES)
TIES is in partnership with Nigerian polytechnics and universities to harness the potential of graduate entrepreneurs (gradpreneurs) in Nigeria.
The Scheme is designed to create a paradigm shift among undergraduates and graduates from the pursuit of white-collar jobs to a culture of entrepreneurship development for economic development and job creation.
The Scheme thus aims to provide an innovative financing model that will
create jobs, enhance the entrepreneurial ecosystem and support economic growth and development.
Grants- TIES Undergraduate & Graduate Grant (up To N150 Million)
Five (5) top Nigerian polytechnics and universities with the best entrepreneurial pitches/ideas shall be awarded as follows:
First place – N150.0 million
Second place – N120.0 million
Third place – N100.0 million
Fourth place – N80.0 million
Fifth place – N50.0 million
The grants shall be in the following areas:
Creative industry
Science and technology
Agribusiness
Information technology

Eligibility- TIES Undergraduate & Graduate Grant (up To N150 Million)
A graduate or undergraduate to be eligible to participate in the CBN N500m grant the following Investment Companies in Nigeria Requirements for CBN N500 million grant must be met.
Must have a certificate of participation issued by a university or polytechnic as evidence of entrepreneurship training
Must not be more than 7 years of post NYSC
Applicants must be graduates of Nigerian universities or polytechnics
Must possess First Degree Certificate (BSc, HND, or it is equivalent)
Applicants must possess National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Certificate (Discharge or Exemption letter)
CBN is accepting applications for Loans of 5M and above for graduates for the past 7 yrs who have or are about to start a business.
