This is to inform all applicants of the Ondo State Internal Revenue Service (ODIRS) recruitment, that successful candidates for the last CBT exam is now online and applicants are to check their shortlisting status before going to the next round of recruitment, which is the interview and possible documentation
Candidates who scored 50% cut-off mark will be subjected to the overall performance which can be increased to 60%. According to ODIRS 1.5k people were shortlisted; the recruitment exercise will employ casual workers, subject to permanent staff within a short period of time

ODIRS Job Requirements
Must have completed NYSC within the last 3 years, i.e., not beyond 2020.
Must be 30 years and below in age
Must be a graduate
Must indicate the Local Government of Origin
The CV must indicate, the class of honor e.g. 1st class, Upper Credit, Lower Credit, 2nd Class Lower
Have outstanding written and spoken communication skills as well as good listening skills
A self-starter who can accomplish tasks with minimal supervision
Have a high level of attention to detail and organization
Strong professional relationship-building skills
With proven initiative and persistence, you look for creative ways to overcome obstacles
Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant managerial experience and strong leadership skills
A deep understanding of the Nigeria Tax ecosystem will be a plus
Understanding of how to leverage technology and build scalable systems, programs, and teams without compromising quality
