World Bank Empowerment Grant Form 2023/2024 | Up to N10 Million: The World Bank is assisting the microfinance banking system to provide small and medium businesses with the needed fund to operate and contribute positively to the Nigerian economy

This is made possible by the Federal Government, in partnership with the World Bank to provide empowerment to people at the grassroots level

This project is named the “Bottom-Up project”, N10Billion worth of grants have been released to microfinance banks to facilitate funds to small businesses at the grass root, individual businesses can access up to N10milion as start-ups

This N10 Billion is actively been supervised by the Development Bank of Nigeria (DBN), on behave of the world bank to Microfinance banks while Social Exchange will be in charge of the registration of the modern microfinance banks.

The World Bank is confident to the fact that, the grant program will lift millions of Nigerians out of poverty and strengthens the local economy, the world bank added

Dr. Mike Alatisa, speaking at the event said that the World Bank is ready to grant ₦10billion per bank to empower microfinance banks, which will in turn give grants directly to business owners.

“Any modern microfinance bank that wants to get involved in the grant disbursement must have a minimum of 1000 members with their genuine business proposals without which such bank would be denied registration and entitlement for the World Bank grant application form”.

Steps to obtain the World Bank Grant Form 2023/2024

This grant is available for all Nigerians that do business in Nigeria.

They must have a feasible business or project they are doing.

Preference will be given to agro-based investors to support them in their chosen endeavor in the empowerment program

Step 1-Possess economic revolution of a community, town, or city in Nigeria;

Step 2-Have an investment or business that you would establish in such community, town, or city;

Step 3-Search for like-minded participants willing to partner with you in developing such a business;

Step 4-Approach Bethany Human Development Center for membership registration indicating details of your location and your group intention;

Step 5-Mobilize minimum of 1000 investments/businesses within the reach of your business location;

Step 6-Attend seminar organized by Bethany Human Development Center and obtain a certificate for attendance;

Step 7-Grants are given by the Social Exchange Market for each project enlisted in your business location.
