Npower Batch C stream 2 (Deployment and PPA Resumption)

All has been set to deploy batch C stream 2 beneficiaries, the posting process will begin with the focal point officers nationwide, and NASIM will finalize the entire process

Stream 2 beneficiaries are to wait for this process, as focal point officers across the nation are drafting PPA letters for all beneficiaries

Stream 2 must note that PPA resumption starts fully by September; get yourself ready to commence your 12 months journey with a N30,000 stipend

Batch C Stream 1

All is also set to officially disengage all Batch C stream 1 beneficiaries from the Npower program, a formal press release will be made by the office of the Ministry of social development and disaster management in the incoming weeks of September

However, this is not a call for fear or panic, all batch C stream 2 beneficiaries are to note that, a special program to transform them is on the way, the Umar Sadiya through her special media adviser will communicate the position and status of stream 1 in no distant time

On the issue of extension of the batch c stream 1 tenure, we are confidently clear, that there will be NO extension, what we do know is that Batch C stream 1 may be included in the CBN Nexit Loan plan, see details

Batch A and B- Nexit Training to Resume September

We are confident in the fact that the CBN loan training program for the remaining 375,000 plus applicants will be concluded in September, Sadiya made this clear on Arise TV

Nonetheless, resumption of the NExit graduates training is not the issue here, but funding the program is the key factor we are looking at, we have presented a request before the President at the Federal Executive Meeting, and are waiting for approval-Sadiya on Arise TV

Funding the NExit program for over 1 million graduates is our target, she disclosed, beneficiaries are to exercise more patient

While responding to questions, the minister said, plans are on “top gear” to deliver a robust CBN package to the youth of the Npower program

However, patience must be exercised in doing this, this is because, we need more time in making our plans work effectively, the present batch C1 and C2 of over 1 million persons will join the Nexit platform. There will be a need to plan effectively for all the batches

“Despite this, the exited beneficiaries are advised to exercise more patience and await the result of the efforts being made by the Honorable Minister who is currently engaging CBN and the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to ensure that the eligible exited beneficiaries are equipped with Loan needed for entrepreneurship”
