Npower Batch A & B: Reasons Behind the Mega Protest-Join Us: The Lawmakers are reluctant to proposed that Bill that will clearly state the permanency status of Batch A and B.

The lawmakers are no longer in touch with volunteers as disengagement plan continues to gain ground

Batch A and B volunteers just received a text message from a concern NASS staff as regard to the Permanency Bill. According to him, even if the bill gets discussed, it will not see the light of the days as the presidency has given a “no going back in regard to disengagement”

Npower A &B: Independent Monitors to Monitor Transition-Who are they?

Independent Monitors are private contractors, Professionals, Experts, responsible for Managing, Implementing, Controlling, Supervising, Directing and Executing Human-resources and hiring into workforce suitability    

They ensure compliance and effective sustenance of contract given them, late the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management has already begun the use of   Independent Monitors as a base and Standard in monitoring Transition Plan of Batch A and B

The Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development has announced the transitioning of Independent Monitors recruited to monitor Batch A and B of the N-Power programme as well as other National Social Investment Programmes.

The Minister represented by her spoke person, Rhoda siad “As we commence the transition of Batch A and B N-Power beneficiaries, the ministry will conclude activities of the Independent Monitors enrolled to monitor the two batches by 31st July 2020.

She thanked the Independent Monitors for their service in monitoring the activities and programmes of the National Social Investment Programmes.

By 31st of July, batch B would have rounded up alongside batch A, it will be easy for the Independent monitor to submit their progress report and assessment
