N-power Vs Youth Investment Fund: Famed Scheme-Nigerians React: The Social and Digital Medias have exploded with deferent views and thoughts on the N-power programe and Nigerian Youth Investment Fund (NYIF)
While Npower had empowered over 500,000 persons, the newly formed Nigeria Youth Investment Fund also aimed at employering Hindreds of thousand of Jobless Nigerians
The cause of concern here is that, youth will only be empowered and left in the dark, just like the Npower programme, where over 500,000 exited volunteers are yet to know their fate after being disengaged
“NYIF was set up as an initiative of the Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development (FMYSD) and funded by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to invest in youth ideas to build sustainable businesses that can activate enterprise and increase job opportunities in Nigeria” FG said.

According to some commenters on Twitter, the Muhammadu Buhari-led administration ‘does not have a direction’.
