N-power Facebook Page Not Updated for 4 Months: Volunteers React as Transition & Batch C are Kept on the Dark: The official page of the Npower programme on Facebook, where hundreds of thousands of N-power Volunteers get official and genuine information regarding the programme, has not been updated for for four months and still counting
The Npower official page is one of the largest Government owned page, with more than 550,000 active members/users
The Facebook official page is the only social media channels where individual questions from both exited and incoming volunteers are answered swiftly with out delay
Apparently, many volunteers are now stranded on the way forward, since information hardly comes from the verified Facebook channel
No one knows why managers of the page are not updating member on the way forward so far, many volunteers are kept on the dark on the Transition plans, and the incoming Npower Batch C
Both Batch A and B are now fully disengaged/exited from the programme with a promise of Transition, but no flow of information from the Facebook Verified channel to give real details of what to expect
More that 14,000 Exited volunteers are still owed four months backlogs, with no date for payment. many unanswered questions are begging for answers
