Complete the online application form, submit it online, pay the attached fee. (Application and course fee) and print a copy. Then, print and complete the Guarantor Form as appropriate.
Ensure you bring duly signed copies of the application forms and guarantor forms to the designated recruitment Center.
Basic Requirement and Qualification
An applicant must not be less than 18 years or older than 30 years for non-trades men/women, while tradesmen/women must not be older than 35 years as at 30 July 2024.
Applicants for the appointment positions eg, Commanders, Deputy Commanders, and Assistant Commanders must not be younger than 40 years old and must not be older than 60 years old.
Applicants for the appointment positions as stated above must also have experience in one of the following (FRSC, NSCDC, NIS or One of any of the known Armed Forces in Nigeria.
All applicants must possess at least a minimum of WASSCE/NECO/GCE/NABTEB
In addition to the above qualification, those applying as tradesmen/women must also possess a Trade Test Certificate from ministry of labour.
Applicants must be a Nigerian citizens by birth and must possess National Identity Card/NIN slip.
Applicants must be medically, physically and psychologically fit in accordance with Nigerian Military Standards.
Applicants must be free of any criminal conviction by the court of law.
Applicants must possess a valid birth certificate/age declaration endorsed by the National Population Commission, Hospital or Local Government Council.
Applicants must possess a valid certificate of state of origin.
Applicants must not be less than 1.68 meters and 1.65 meters tall for male and female candidates, respectively.

Names of shortlisted candidates for screening would be published on the NAPEC website for the awareness of all candidates.
Shortlisted candidates would be expected to report to the Local Government Secretariat in their respective states of residence for the screening exercise.
Screening exercise date will be announced states by states.
NAPEC is Non-Governmental and Recruitment into its MARSHALS Program is not “FREE”.
Candidates are to note that there will be no Pre-Selection Computer Based Test, all tests are going to be written with pen.
There will be No special center for recruitment.
Screening Exercise will be conducted State by State through each state commanders.
All screening of potential recruits will be conducted at a prescribed centre in each states.
Candidates are not to bring electronic or recording devices to the venue Recruitment Exercise.
Candidates must tender all original copies of educational certificates (primary to secondary)
Candidates must not belong to any cult/society/fraternity group.
Any candidate who falsifies or forges his/her results and is discovered even during training will be withdrawn from training.
Candidates are advised in their own interest not to give any form of gratification or inducement to any person or group of persons to assist them in the recruitment exercise.

Application Fee is ₦20,000, While ₦1,000 is only requested on this portal for profile activation (₦19,000 will be taken at the screening centre, However, No cash payment will be encouraged, applicants are encouraged to come to the screening centre with their means of payment, eg. Card, Transfer or USSD).
Recruitment is Free but Training and Uniform is not free while these fee will be taken after shortlisting
