If you are interested pursuing your education at a higher level, the KDSG Scholarship 2024/2025 is here for you, the good thing is that, it is merit based and all Nigerian can apply. The scholarship covers tuition fees, living expenses, books and medicals
It is for undergraduate, postgraduate, and law school studies at accredited tertiary institutions in Nigeria and abroad.

KDSG scholarship follows expenses for the duration of the study program:
Travel costs (for foreign studies)
Health insurance (for foreign studies)
Tuition fees

Local Undergraduate Scholarship
Four or five years, depending on the course of study
Local Postgraduate Scholarship:
Two or three years, depending on the course of study

Eligible for the KDSG Scholarship
You must have a valid admission letter from an accredited tertiary institution in Nigeria or abroad
You must not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship or bursary program
You must not be an employee of the Kaduna State Government or any of its agencies
You must be willing to abide by the terms and conditions of the scholarship
You must be a citizen of Kaduna State
You must have a valid national identity card or voter’s card
You must have a minimum of five credits in O’level subjects, including English and Mathematics
You must have a minimum of 180 in UTME (for undergraduate studies)
You must have a minimum of second class upper division in your first degree (for postgraduate studies)

Provide your personal information, including your name, address, email, and phone number
Provide information about the institution you are attending or planning to attend, including the name, location, program, and level
Upload the required documents, such as your admission letter, academic transcripts, O’level results, UTME result, national identity card, passport, and passport photograph
Submit your application and wait for confirmation
You will receive an email notification if your application is successful or not
If successful, you will be invited for an interview and verification exercise
If you pass the interview and verification, you will be awarded the scholarship and sign a contract agreement with the KADSSLB
You will receive the scholarship funds in your bank account or through a cheque
You will be required to submit periodic reports on your academic progress and achievements to the KADSSLB
You will be expected to maintain a high academic standard and good conduct throughout your study program
