Job Position: Company Secretary.
Job Location: Nigeria
Duties:
- He/She will be responsible for the responding of all phone calls, emails and mail posts.
- With the necessary computer software he/she will be expected to type, format, edit and process all documents as requested by management.
- He/She will be responsible for receiving all vendor proposals and update proposal register
- He/She shall take certain responsibilities such as copying, scanning, emailing and note-taking
- He/She will welcome all visitors and treat them appropriate according to their personality
- He/She shall write and distribute all Correspondence and Memos.
- He/She will keep all updated contact information of the organization, customers and suppliers
- He/She will be expected to monitor, manage and order all supplies that is wanting in the office immediately

- Applicant must possess any of the degree: B.Sc, HND
- Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year experience related to the position
- Applicant should have completed 1 year compulsory service (NYSC)
