Log on to your Nasim dashboard, and make absolutely certain you refreshed your card evenly, some persons might be lucky to see their Physical Verification Venue after refreshing their dashboard

Another solution to this is to redo or recapture your fingerprint in an acceptable manner, follow the biometric rules till it shows you have been captured

To confirm your Biometric fingerprint capturing;

Select Npower

Select confirm Biometric capture

It will confirm your capturing

You have to wait for hours or days for NASIMS to get your update and send your Verification Venue to your dashboard
