How to Check INEC 2023 Election Staff Final Shortlisted List
Kindly go to the INEC training venue where you did the training or your INEC LGA office to check the list.
If you made the final list, please kindly follow the ad-hoc staff movement tips below:
1. Check the list to confirm the polling unit you are posted to.
2. Collect the names of election officials posted to your polling unit from the list. You are to collect the information of the PO, APO2, APO3, and the supervisor attached to your polling unit.
3. Connect with your colleagues so that you can board the same vehicle to your polling unit.
4. If your polling unit is far, try to go early by Friday afternoon. As accommodation is usually provided for such occasions.
5. Do not travel by night to your polling unit if the location is far.
6. Security is usually provided for election officials in groups to move to their Polling Unit location by INEC.
Ad-Hoc Staff Screening and Training Date, Requirements
The Independent National Electoral Commission has scheduled to commence the Screening and Training of thousands of INEC Adhoc Staff Applicants who will participate in the conduct of the 2023 General Election.
The Commission, which began contacting the Adhoc Staff Applicants on Thursday, has noted that screening of the Applicants would start on 17th January 2023.
The Adhoc Staff Applicants have been advised to present themselves for the Screening in their Local Governments as follows:
a. Serving Corp members are to appear with their Call up Letter and NYSC ID
b. STUDENTS are to present a Tertiary School ID card and Letter of Admission.
c. Staff of MDAs will be in the Screening with their Appointment letters from their current Employer, and /or past promotion letters.
d. Ex-Corp members would be in the Screening with their NYSC discharge certificate.
The INEC Adhoc Screening has been scheduled to commence on 17th January 2023 and end on 23rd January 2023.
2023 INEC Adhoc Staff Training for Supervisory Presiding Officers, Presiding Officers, Assistant Presiding Officers, and Collation Officers have been scheduled as follows:
(i) SPO – 9th February 2023 to 11th February 2023 – 3days
(ii) PO/APO – 13th February 2023 to 16th February 2023 – 4dyas
(iii) CO – 21st February to 23rd February – 3 days
It is after the INEC Adhoc Staff Training that the final list of Candidates who would actively participate in the conduct of the 2023 General Election Election be released to the view of the Public Across the 774 LGAs of the Federation

This is to notify all applicants that, shortlisted candidates for the 2023 INEC recruitment are now online and can be checked
If you apply for the 2022 recruitment, you can now check your shortlisted status and proceed to the round, which is intensive training on how to conduct the 2023 Nigeria General Election
Shortlisted applicants are to follow all guidelines in their training schedule to be finally qualified for their various positions, any applicant who fails to attend training will be disengaged and immediately replaced
