Job Title: State Operations Representative

We are in search of a highly-motivated individual to join the team. In this Full-Time Entry-level position, your work will involve routine and non-routine assignments related to the company’s facilitation of all Agro Produce trading.

Your management and technical responsibilities will increase over time in breadth, depth, and complexity, under the supervision of designated management personnel.

Job Role

Presentation and delivery of stakeholder content.

Operational knowledge of computer systems.

This position assists farmers during onboarding to our digital platform.

Support projects and lead tasks related to the company’s mission and vision.

Experience in agricultural activities, processes, and procedures.

Training of farmers and other stakeholders.

Knowledge and Skills

Able to handle multiple tasks/projects at once

Desire to work hard, acquire new knowledge, improve processes, etc.

Collation of State field data

General knowledge of crop production

Ability and willingness to work outside under varying weather conditions

Experience working independently as well as in a team environment.

Age: 30 years and below. Candidates should possess a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree

Tertiary Education in any Agricultural based field of study (preferred but not mandatory)

Currently attending NYSC or no more than 2 years post NYSC service

Marketing Representative at Agro Market Square –

The company is seeking a Marketing Representative to become part of our growing marketing team.

Successful candidates are expected to utilize efficient strategies and skills in building effective relationships with target clients within the value chain (from raw materials to the finished product).

Our Marketing Representatives are expected to onboard potential clients onto our digital platform.

Job Role

Contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies

Generate leads for the business

Adjust marketing techniques based on interactions and results in the field

Maximize member enrolment by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the needs of the client

Meet weekly, monthly, and annual enrolment targets and activity quotas

Raise company brand awareness by regularly attending agricultural promotion activities i.e. trade fairs, exhibitions etc.

Perform insightful market and competitive research.

Knowledge and Skills

Good working knowledge of Excel skills, Web presentation, and PowerPoint

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

A team player with a customer-oriented approach

Experience in the agricultural service sector is a plus.

Age: 35 years and below.

Candidates should possess a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualifications.

2-3 years of experience as a Marketing Representative

Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

Regional Operations Representative

We are in search of a highly-motivated individual to join our team. In this Full-Time mid-level position, your work will involve routine and non-routine assignments related to the company’s facilitation of all Agro Produce trading.

Your management and technical responsibilities will increase over time in breadth, depth, and complexity, under the supervision of designated management personnel.

Job Role

Coordination of training of State Reps, Farmers, and other stakeholders.

Creation of Stakeholder content/presentation and delivery of same.

Coordination of all Aggregation Center activities.

Coordination of all quality control, transportation, logistics, storage, smallholder farmer loan, and other activities as determined by the company.

This position provides assistance to State Representatives in onboarding Farmers to our digital Platform.

Support projects and lead tasks related to the company’s mission and vision.

Experience in agricultural activities, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills
