The main purpose of this program is to graduate 20 fresh graduates who has second class upper; 0-2 experience and is 27 years of age, in 6 month as Area Sales Managers in our 8 regional offices.

Requirements
- Candidates should be open to learning new things
- He or She must be sociable and outgoing
- Candidates must have a passion for sales in a mobile phone industry
- He must be creative, innovative, and interested in learning every function of the business.
- Applicants must be a fast learner, dynamic and goal-driven with strong analytical skills, communication, interpersonal and business writing skills.
- He or She must be a self-starter and a team-player with high levels of drive and energy
- Candidates must have graduated from the University with a minimum of a second class Upper degree in any discipline.
- Candidates must possess a high level of integrity, determination and personal commitment.
- Candidates must possess a strong intellect, enthusiasm and resilience to compete in today’s challenging business environment.
- He or She must not be more than 27years old as at December 31st 2020.
