N-Power In May: FG To Execute 5 Plans To Batch A/B/C1/C2

The FG Social Investment program is already getting the desired attention lately, but the month of May 2022 will see great expectations.

The Nexit training as we speak has trained over 57,000 graduates, and no sooner than later, over 400,000 thousand Nexit graduates will be trained for the CBN massive Loan support program

One of President Buhari’s agendas is to lift 100million Nigeria’s youth from strict poverty and unemployment, he is succeeding through the Social Investment Program established 7 years ago

The month of MAY holds much weight and expectations as beneficiaries of the Npower and Nexit programs increase their hopes and reliance on the president’s promises

The Npower program is getting more attention from the Federal Government, and it is expected to continue even if the president’s government is no longer in power

Let’s unveil the expectation and the plan to be implemented by FG regarding the Npower and NExit of Batch A/B/C1/C2

Nexit Training Continues in MAY

The Nexit training will still continue for the remaining 2 to 3 batches, already over 75,000 graduates have been trained, not until 400,000 or more beneficiaries of the program are trained and given certificates, the CBN loan will not be disbursed –quote from CBN

It is worthy to mention that, not all the 467,185 beneficiaries will be lucky to get the loan but only those that that are qualify will get the CBN fund

By being qualified, the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs means, beneficiaries must prove beyond a reasonable doubt, why they need the loan, via a good business plan, and other criteria best known to CBN

 “The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development Sadiya Umar Farouq has flagged off the much-awaited NEXIT/CBN Agri-Business Small and Medium Enterprises Investment Scheme for exited N-Power beneficiaries Batches A and B.

“Out of the 467,183 trainees who indicated interest, 75,600 will participate in the first phase of the orientation program expected to lead up to the collection of loans of up to three million Naira from the Central Bank of Nigeria if they qualify.

Batch C Stream 1 to Get Their Backlog Stipend

Modalities have been put in place to pay all outstanding stipend to batch C stream 1 beneficiaries of the Npower program. The month of MAY will see February stipend paid to batch C stream 1

The National Social Investment Management Agency has come out to apologies on the delay experience in stipend payment, beneficiaries are encouraged to attend their PPA, as funds for stipend payment is already with CBN

Npower Batch A and B to get their 5 months Backlog

Not all Batch A and B beneficiaries were paid their 5 months backlogs, while a handful of volunteers have been settled, some are not paid, but in the wee days of MAY, affected volunteers will be paid and their 14,200 cases will permanently be put to rest

Fear not, unpaid volunteers will definitely be paid in April, funds are already kept in CBN to this effect, see more 

Batch C stream 2 to Get More Update on Deployment

Npower Batch C stream 2 or the supplementary list of Batch C stream 1 will start to get new updates as to the commencement of enrollment, onboarding, and deployment

Thousands have been shortlisted and are awaiting deployment, this may be done in the wee days of the month of MAY 2022, however, Npower batch c stream 2 applicants have been advised to always check their verification tab on the NASIMS profile for updates regarding Npower batch c stream 2 programs.

5 Million Applicants To be Recruited into the Npower program

FG has repeatedly promised to bring in another set of beneficiaries, this time, 5million will be selected to give a final blow to unemployment and crime
