Applicants for the Presidential Youth Empowerment Scheme, P-YES can now proceed with their application with the scheme, this is because, the Submit Button, Username, and Password Issues Solved have been solved

If you have been finding it hard to submit your application due to no functional Submit Button, Username, and Password issues, reapply, before final submission, a page will pop up asking you to create an account or sign in to your account

Follow all the procedures before final submission, if the situation persists, change your browser, however, the technical team is still resolving all issues regarding the submission button

PYES will empower 774000 person Jobs in 774 Local Governments across the 36 states and FCT. It has four Cardinal points;

EMPOWER THE YOUTH

To empower youth to have the capacity to empower at least one other youth within their immediate community in the shortest time possible.

CREATE WEALTH

To create wealth among the growing youth population and guarantee sustained income for target groups.

ELIMINATE CRIME

To strategically eliminate the scourge of criminality and drug abuse among the youth by empowering them to be productively engaged.

REDUCE POVERTY

To fight and reduce unemployment among Nigerian youth by creating at least 774,000 jobs through direct youth empowerment targeting to deliver 1000 jobs per local government

Eligibility Pre-conditions for Enlistment

Ability to communicate in Basic English language and or any local Nigerian language.

Provable upright character and a stable mind.

Applicant must provide a guarantor preferably a community or religious leader.

Ability to secure the endorsement of a local government official.

A beneficiary should possess the capacity to transfer knowledge and mentor pairs within their communities.

Applicants Must Complete a guarantor’s form.

The applicant must be a Nigerian male or female between the ages of 18 and 40.

Applicant must have a means of identification (National Identity card, International Passport, Permanent Voters Card- PVC).

Applicant must provide a Second Level Beneficiary (SLB) to qualify for benefitting from the scheme.
