Nigeria @ 60: Message of Hope from Npower States Representatives

MESSAGE OF HOPE FOR N-POWER VOLUNTEERS AND NIGERIAN YOUTH FROM THE LEADERSHIP OF 36 STATES AND FCT N-POWER REPRESENTATIVES FORUM AT NIGERIA @60*

“It is obvious that we have suffered a lot of emotional and psychological damages in the past years.

It is factual that we have been disappointed in many ways by our leaders.

It is a pragmatic fact that we have made so many sacrifices, with so many promises yet disappointed.

The good thing is that we are still together. We have discovered our strengths and identified our weaknesses.

We are stronger than ever before. The diversity in us is to our advantage, only if we can utilize it. We have the age, we have the number and we have the strength.

We still believe the administration of His Excellency, President Mihammadu Buhari means well for us and we shall get that which we deserve – Absorbed into the civil service and other agencies having served for many years.

We shall not allow few strangers to poison our minds towards achieving what is meant for us. We must stay united and pray for Nigeria.

On our current agitation for permanent jobs, we shall not relent until it is achieved.

Please, let us remain calm as we await Mr President’s kind gesture towards the volunteers and the Nigerian youth at large.

Let us stay at home and enjoy our Independence Day celebration at home, even without stipends for us, without jobs in our hands and without foods on our table. It is almost all over.

We are educated, we are coordinated and we are industrious.

We believe in dialogue and peaceful demonstration.

We know our government understands this message deeper than we sent it and they will not construe our patriotism and loyalty for stupidity.

Let us all stand by and wait for our directives.

We pray it will all end in praise very soon by the Grace of God”

God Bless N-Power Volunteers

God Bless The Nigerian Youth

God Bless PMB

God Bless PYO

God Bless The Federal Republic of Nigeria

Signed:

Comr Kabiru Aliyu Pelemi
