The Federal Ministry of Education is pleased to inform the general public, particularly those interested in the Federal Government Scholarship/Bilateral Education Agreement (FSB/BEA) 2023/2024, the application is in top gear

If you are interested in the Federal Government Fully Funded Scholarship via the Bilateral Education Agreement (FSB/BEA), the application is now going on, follow all the details below for a successful application and shortlisting

Note- the Federal Government Scholarship/Bilateral Education Agreement (FSB/BEA) for 202/2023 is a Federal Government project, and it is fully Funded. Application is completely free of charge, selection and shortlisting will be free, fair, and open

No one can influence or facilitates this scholarship for you, only your qualifications and Federal Character’s principles will determine who get this scholarship

All candidates will be required to sit for a Computer Based Test and other screening before the final shortlisting.

This opportunity is for both Undergraduate and Postgraduate students;

Undergraduate (UG) studies tenable in Russia, Morocco, Hungary, and  Egypt;

Requirements for FSB Undergraduate Scholarship Qualification

All applicants for undergraduate degree courses must possess a minimum qualification of Five (7) Distinctions (As & Bs) in the Senior Secondary School Certificates, WASSCE/WAEC (May/June) only in the subjects relevant to their fields of study including English Language and Mathematics.

Certificates should not be more than two (2) years old (2020 & 2021) for Non-African Countries and for African countries the age of certificate is one year (2021) only.

The age limit is from 17 to 20 years.

Postgraduate (PG) studies tenable in Russia (for those whose first degrees were obtained from Russia), China, Hungary, Serbia, Romania.

Requirements for FSB Postgraduate Scholarship Qualification

Documents Required for Application

1st Degree Certificate, Master’s Degree  WAEC/WASSCE

Indigene letter & NYSC discharge certificate.

All applicants for Postgraduate degree courses must hold a  First  Degree with 1st Class or at least 2nd  Class Upper Division.

All applicants must have completed N.Y.S.C. Programme and the age limit is 35 years for Masters and 40 years for Ph.D.
